Yes they like him. But they show it in a different manner. When I say “like”, it goes by the way of acceptance. They don’t hate Kris or dislike him for being my first real boyfriend they’ve known of. My parents aren’t really the first-line joking, chill, OPEN, nor passionate/greeting type. And my parents may not acknowledge him when he’s over my house by greeting him all that warmly, which he is not used to and it gets him uncomfortable. But they’re just like that. It’s nothing all that personal. And he understands that.
